What this website collects

This is a static information website. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and has no forms or user accounts.

Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This data is used only to deliver the website and protect it from abuse, and is kept in short-lived server logs.

When you email us

If you contact us by email, we process your name, email address, company details and anything you choose to include in your message. We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, perform our contract.

  • Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention: as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, and afterwards only as long as Lithuanian accounting, tax or limitation-period rules require.

Who receives your data

We share data only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as our website hosting and email providers, under data processing agreements. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision (for example, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or the supervisory authority where you live.

Our products

Our products have their own privacy notices. For example, the ASKYNT app is covered by the privacy policy published at askynt.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
